Small Group Training

The corporate world is finally coming to embrace the value of fostering an inclusive climate. I offer a small group training to provide team members an understanding of what an inclusive climate looks like. Through my DEI coaching program, I offer insight into how to counter unconscious bias and microaggressions.

Attendees will leave with an understanding of how to shape work group climate and will learn the direct correlation between inclusive climates and high-performing teams.

Women’s EquitY Programming

Women’s equality — and equality for all underrepresented groups — begins with organizational policy. It is the organizations for which men and women work that have the ability to amplify women’s voices and recreate the looks of Corporate America.

There are clear answers as to why inequities persist, both in the workplace and elsewhere. Through my Women’s Equity programming I help individuals within organizations recognize psychological conditioning, biological variance, and organizational trends. I empower women with the knowledge necessary to healthfully challenge bias and provide men with the tools to advocate for their female counterparts. My diversity training programs teach organizations to foster positive, equitable connections among their employees and managers.
